Holiday villa in unique location right on the beach and sea from Muntanyar I, Javea, Costa Blanca, for a maximum of 8 people.
Holiday home San Luis is a recently renovated beach house on two floors, which integrates the residents directly in the Spanish summer life. A perfect view of the sea, the coast, the pebble beach, the Cap San Antonio and the opposite beach bars make this place ideal. Directly across the road two large beach bars are located with access to a pebble beach which is very popular with surfers. For those who prefer the sandy beach of El Arenal, this can achieve in two minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot. Many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and also the port of Javea are located nearby and are within one or two minutes by car or a by a nice walk in about 20 minutes to reach. The house has been recently renovated and offers now a modern kitchen, new bathrooms, air conditioning (extra charge), satellite TV, as well as mosquito nets on all bedroom windows. This object is a 'must have' for all lovers of the sea, beach and nature, even in the off season.

  • An obligatory cost for the final cleaning has to be paid and includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
  • In case heating costs are applicable, these will be calculated automatically during the booking process depending on prices and travel dates. If you have questions, please contact us.
  • In case air conditioning costs are applicable, these will be calculated automatically during the booking process depending on prices and travel dates. If you have questions, please contact us.
  • An extra bed can only be provided on request and with written permission, the extra cost depends on the rental price (mínimum 75€, iva incl.).
  • Tenants travelling with pets will be charged a surplus per pet (only with prior consent and in accommodations allowing pets).
  • Wifi : We cannot guarantee the Internet speed in the accommodations neither the connection / line.

The indicated rental price includes:

  • Change of bed linen and towels once a week (only rentals of min. 2 weeks). Please ask details in your check-in place. If you want to have an extra cleaning with change of linen, we can organize on request and with an extra cost. For rentals with a monthly price (winter letting) a change of bed linen and towels is possible against extra payment.

The holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It's not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.

The standard equipment of every holiday home, holiday villa, holiday apartment or finca includes:
interior: a refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) kettle, ironing board and flat-iron, tour mix.
exterior: Garden furniture and sunbeds (may not be available for apartments and bungalows)

During the summer the fixed changeover day is Saturday.

In certain periods any day may be chosen (for more information please consult your booking agent).

If you arrive after opening hours, the whole reservation has to be paid in advance. Please check the opening hours of the office in advance.

A damage deposit has to be paid at arrival for possible damages in the holiday home. The amount depends of the accommodation type and is indicated on the rental contract. This can be left in cash or paid by credit card. We do not accept cheques.

    Top location for the beach, bars and ideally placed between the Port and Arenal. Don't miss Pepe Y Estrella restaurant next door - it's excellent! A 30 second walk to the Mediterranean Sea is a a real treat. Really suited us and our 4 children aged 16y - 22y. 9.6

    the situation of this house is very pleasant because near the town. And we can go to the sea in 30 seconds ! Take some plastic shoes because of the shingle. Nice stay for 5 days, very clean. 6.5

    Beautiful property right at the beach. Not having a pool is no problem as the entire sea is at your disposal. The sounds of the waves are so soothing! The terrace is nicely shaded with a new retractable roof shade and a beautiful large table with many chairs and lounges make it you never want to leave! The house is large and comfortable with a great kitchen, nice living room, dining area and three good size bedrooms plus a suite downstairs. Air-conditioning is excellent throughout the house. Great parking right across the house. Places to eat and drink are at walking distance in the harbor area to your left or you can drive to the the arenal area for more great beaches, shopping and dining within 3 minutes.     Comfortable villa with beautiful views and within walking distance of the restaurants and bars. It is noisy but you would expect that because of its location. We were two couples sharing and found the villa suited our needs perfectly. 7.7

    General information about Javea

    The history of Javea (Jávea in Castilian), or Xabia (in Valencian), dates back many centuries.
    The first evidence of human inhabitation of the area is 16,000 years old, found as wall paintings in the caves of the impressive mountain Montgó.

    Javea is divided into three different areas: the old town ( El Pueblo ), the port ( El Puerto ) and El Arenal, the area around the sandy beach of Javea, where you can also find most of our holiday apartments. The old town hasn´t changed much over the last centuries and has retained some traditionally built houses, around the typical Spanish squares.

    The port was built in 1871 with the main trade being raisins. After this trade was no longer in demand, the once large harbour diminished to a small fishing harbour. Later on, thanks to the increasing tourism, the port expanded with a marina suitable for yachts and powerboats. The Arenal is the commercial and tourist part of Javea. Here you can also find many restaurants, pleasant bars and a few discotheques which stay open till late.

La Grava and Cala Blanca beaches are excellent for water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing and canoeing.     The Arenal is the sandy beach of Javea and as well as the bars and restaurants mentioned above, there are also other facilities like playgrounds for children, volleyball nets and also jet skis and boats for hire.     Santa Maria de Loreto Puerto de Javea - Costa Blanca - Spain Javea has many beautiful places with stunning views and interesting sights, some of these worth a visit include the two churches: Iglesia de San Bartoleme, built in the 12th century and an example of late gothic architecture. Santa Maria de Loreto was built in 1967 with a very unusual design. The ceiling of this church is shaped as a ships hull, and is dedicated to the patron saint of the fishermen of Javea, The Holy Virgin of Loreto. Moros y Cristianos feasten feast in Javea - Costa Blanca - Spain Soler Blasco, the archaeological museum in the old town of Javea, offers a wealth of information about the areas and Iberian history.

    Arenal Javea - Costa Blanca - Spain There are several amusement parks not far from Jvea, like Terra Mitica , the first real theme park in the Costa Blanca Spain. This amusement park is divided into five areas, five lost civilisations of the Medieval en the main rides take you back to the myths and legends of these ancient cultures. Aqualandia on the other hand is a huge water park where children of every age can have an incredible day in many swimming pools with springboards, rapids, waterfalls and slides. To visit beautiful exotic en marine animals and several shows and other attractions you can visit Safari Park Vergel or animal park Mundomar.
